Scuba Diving certification is broken down into three parts: Academics, Confined Water, and Open Water. This webinar will cover dive theory as it relates to physics, physiology and gear.

Students will follow along and complete their Knowledge Quest packets at the conclusion of each session and a final exam at the conclusion of the course, both of which will need to be turned in for the student’s file prior to progressing to any in-water training.

A minimum grade of 80% is needed to pass the Final Exam, and we will need to review any incorrect answers to achieve 100% remediation.

Included in this webinar is your Student Kit that includes a Student Manual that is yours for life, a knowledge quest review, training agency sticker, and student folder. Use your folder to keep track of all your documents until it is time to schedule your pool. If these items do not arrive by the time of your webinar, do not worry. Follow along with the questions via Word document and copy your answers over when they do arrive.

Not included is a Training Logbook, which can be purchased prior to the pool sessions.

The student manual can be used for reference when taking the final exam.

An SDI Liability Form and Medical History Form need to be filled out prior to any Scuba Training, including Academics. Those are additional attachments to this email. They can be filled out digitally using programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
